Something I have come to accept and work with is that my mind works best later in the day and especially late at night. At least for now…If I continue to hopefully mold more into being like my father, my mind will be on and running with super fuel @ 5am and pretty much throughout the day. I know I have a ways to go for that so I have to let my mind run its creative course during the evening. John Maxwell and Sara Grace have both encouraged me to manage this reality and keep a pad and pen close by so I can write my thoughts as they come to me.
Yes, this does lead me to getting out of bed late at night to jot down a thought that I can later build upon. I have tried the route of “Oh, that’s a good thought – it will stick with me..” only to wake up and it was stolen from me. Just one of those things we learn about ourselves and I have begun to easily manage it vs trying to transform my mind to work at a different time. This has become very important to me in life as so much of my passion is to communicate beneficial biz talks, inspirational messages or any idea that hopefully adds value to mankind and moves them to action. Perhaps your best thoughts come to you during a certain time of day, I encourage you to manage this so you can best capture the essence of your brilliance. Keep a pen close by, have a thinking pad and allow the heart and mind to move you towards enhancing existence.
Be serious about further shaping your ideas, seek wise counsel to help you shape them..remember not a bunch of "yes men/women" on it. By the time you are teaching it or placing it before the executives, your audience cannot help but be receptive.
Nothing attractive, fascinating or influential ever started with the absence of an idea.
This is great stuff!!!!! Keep sharing the ideas.
