I recently had a friend talk to me about the importance of making good on small promises. His thoughts were catered on a leadership quality that is going to become more important. It is the one in which you and I make sure we deliver on our small promises. I agree with this and I can recollect times when I have stated I would do "this and that" small thing only to fail on successful delivery.
An innate trait that lies in the DNA of many leaders is super initiative. More times than not, this is a very good thing, but there are the times when a leader can outrun his/her own headlights with offering to help on everything and do everything (even while delegating). With this situation comes the unfortunate reality that there was someone so excited to receive the "small thing" from their leader. It may have been a 5 minute Friday phone call, an inspiring email they were going to send, a copy of a new book or even that surprise handwritten note they were going to mail. The leader over commit him/herself somewhere in the race and totally blanked on making good on those "small promises." That someone is left with disappointment and potential questions of you or me. Any time a subordinate is expecting to receive a good thing from a leader - they are eager and excited.
Your heart was totally in the right place with your intentions, but you just made a forgetful mistake. Let's all minimize those moments by being sure not to over commit. Try to make a small list of things you have agreed to do. I send myself an email and mark it up with reminder alarms. Spend 20mins on Friday afternoon or Monday morning making good on your small promises. It will benefit that "someone" and your leadership credibility will bloom via the "little things."
I strictly recommend not to hold off until you get enough amount of cash to buy different goods! You should get the personal loans or financial loan and feel free
